QA Plans
Writing concise and organized test plans that eliminate wasted cycles and allows others to easily understand QA efforts.
Test Cases
Test cases are created based primarily on actual use cases, while covering edge cases to catch any outlying behaviours to ensure an expected user experience.
Reporting
Test plans and cases mean nothing if no one knows about what is going on, reporting findings in a meaningful way is a must.
Automation
No one should waste time doing the same things over and over again, so I automate what can be easily automated first.
